You Can't Take It With You, its said... ***
The Loyal Wife
There was a man who had worked all of his life, had saved all of his money, and was a real miser when it came to his money. Just before he died, he said to his wife, 'When I die, I want you to take all my money and put it in the casket with me. I want to take my money to the after life with me.' And so he got his wife to promise him with all of her heart that when he died, she would put all of the money in the casket with him.
Well, he died . . . He was stretched out in the casket, his wife was sitting there in black, and her friend was sitting next to her. When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got ready to close the casket, the wife said, 'Wait, just a minute!' She had a box with her, she came over with the box and put it in the casket. Then the undertakers locked the casket down, and they rolled it away.
Her friend said, 'I know you weren't fool enough to put all that money in there with your husband.' The loyal wife replied 'Listen, I can't go back on my word. I promised him that I was going to put all his money in that casket with him.' 'You mean to tell me you put all that money in the casket with him !!! ?' 'I sure did' said the wife. 'I got it all together, put it into my account and wrote him a check. If he can cash it, he can spend it.'

Should We Kill the Messenger? Or... ***
A few days ago I posted a link. It was posted only to give you another side of an issue that is prominent in society's mind today - the issue of vaccines. Shouldn't one have all sides, all information before making a decision about anything. The messenger on this link has been cut down - quickly! I too.
For thirty nine years I have learned, known and used alternative health methods and can with complete honesty say they helped and never harmed in any way; no telling what condition I would be in today without chiropractic - yet, steven barrett, a psychiatrist and owner of Quackwatch puts it down too. He, being in a medical profession, I would and could not expect any less of him. Nevertheless, chiropractic now has a good reputation as beneficial.
I am well aware there is much disinformation to be gotten through the media and as I said before, I sift and investigate. I would expect no less of anyone. Apparently that is not enough. The messenger of the video has been blackballed. So I deleted my post to that link. I certainly don't want to guide or influence anyone wrongly. So each one must do what he feels is right.
Also, with very few visitors or readers to my blog, I can feel relief that not many read and followed the post's video link and were "mis-steered".
This experience has helped me conclude: Don't try to help; keep quiet about your truth, feel guilt when death arrives or a child rarely speaks. In defeat, I say: Que serra, serra ( What will be will be).
My apology to you if you think it was tainted information. Don't kill the messenger only because you don't understand or believe the message. Seems this happened another time, around two thousand years ago, didn't it? Between then and now, it was also believed the earth was flat!
A final question: Is mercury a constituent of the healthy human body?

Ha Ha - Lucrative Business Endeavor, Don't You Think? ***

Dear Secretary of State,
My friend, who is in farming at the moment, recently received a cheque for £3,000 from the Rural Payments Agency for not rearing pigs.. I would now like to join the "not rearing pigs" business.
In your opinion, what is the best kind of farm not to rear pigs on, and which is the best breed of pigs not to rear? I want to be sure I approach this endeavour in keeping with all government policies, as dictated by the EU under the Common Agricultural Policy.
I would prefer not to rear bacon pigs, but if this is not the type you want not rearing, I will just as gladly not rear porkers. Are there any advantages in not rearing rare breeds such as Saddlebacks or Gloucester Old Spots, or are there too many people already not rearing these?
As I see it, the hardest part of this programme will be keeping an accurate record of how many pigs I haven't reared. Are there any Government or Local Authority courses on this?
My friend is very satisfied with this business. He has been rearing pigs for forty years or so, and the best he ever made on them was £1,422 in 1968. That is - until this year, when he received a cheque for not rearing any.
If I get £3,000 for not rearing 50 pigs, will I get £6,000 for not rearing 100? I plan to operate on a small scale at first, holding myself down to about 4,000 pigs not raised, which will mean about £240,000 for the first year. As I become more expert in not rearing pigs, I plan to be more ambitious, perhaps increasing to, say, 40,000 pigs not reared in my second year, for which I should expect about £2.4 million from your department. Incidentally, I wonder if I would be eligible to receive tradable carbon credits for all these pigs not producing harmful and polluting methane gases?
Another point: These pigs that I plan not to rear will not eat 2,000 tonnes of cereals. I understand that you also pay farmers for not growing crops. Will I qualify for payments for not growing cereals to not feed the pigs I don't rear?
I am also considering the "not milking cows" business, so please send any information you have on that too. Please could you also include the current Defra advice on set aside fields? Can this be done on an e-commerce basis with virtual fields (of which I seem to have several thousand hectares)?
In view of the above you will realise that I will be totally unemployed, and will therefore qualify for unemployment benefits. I shall of course be voting for your party at the next general election.
Yours faithfully,
Nigel Johnson-Hill

Fast Talking Trucker ***
A trucker came into a truck stop cafe and placed his order. He said, "I want three flat tires, a set of headlights and a pair of running boards."
The brand new blonde waitress, not wanting to appear stupid, went to the kitchen and said to the cook,
"This guy out there just ordered three flat tires, a pair of headlights and a pair of running boards. What does he think this place is, an auto parts store?"
"No," the cook said. "Three flat tires means three pancakes, a set of headlights is two eggs sunny side up, and running boards are 2 slices of crisp bacon."
"Oh, OK!" said the blonde. She thought about it for a moment and then spooned up a bowl of beans and gave it to the customer.
The trucker asked, "What are the beans for, Blondie?"
She replied, "I thought while you were waiting for the flat tires, headlights and running boards, You might as well gas up!"
FOR ONCE THE BLONDE GETS EVEN!

A 'Tater' Tale ***
Only 'Small Potatoes??'
Well, A girl Potato and boy Potato had eyes for each other,
And finally they got married, and had a little sweet potato, which they called 'Yam.'
Of course, they wanted the best for Yam.
When it was time, they told her about the facts of life.
They warned her about going out
And
Getting half-baked, so she wouldn't get accidentally mashed, and get a bad name for herself like 'Hot Potato,' and end up with a bunch of Tater Tots
Yam said not to worry, no Spud would get her into the sack and make a rotten potato out of her!
But on the other hand she wouldn't stay home and become a couch Potato either.
She would get plenty of exercise so as not to be skinny like her Shoestring Cousins.
When she went off to Europe, Mr. And Mrs. Potato told Yam to watch out for the 'hard-boiled' guys from Ireland and the greasy guys from France called the French Fries.
And when she went out West, to watch out for the Indians, so she wouldn't get 'scalloped.'
Yam said she would stay on the straight and narrow and wouldn't associate with those high class Yukon Golds, or the low class ones from the other side of the tracks, who advertise "their trade" on all the trucks that say, 'Frito Lay.'
Mr. And Mrs. Potato sent Yam to Idaho P.U. (that's Potato University ) so that when she graduated she'd really
be 'in the chips.'
But in spite of all the good advice and the wonderful things they did for her, one-day Yam came home and announced happily she was going to marry Tom Brokaw.
Tom Brokaw??
Mr And Mrs. Potato were very, very upset.
They told Yam she couldn't possibly marry Tom Brokaw, because he's just.......
Are you ready for this?
Are you sure?
OK! Here it is! Tom Brokaw is...

Fashion-Conscious or Comfort? Which Will It Be? ***
Today I think the sky is going to fall. It's almost dark outside at 10 am. Will it rain or possibly snow? The air is really chilly as C, the Dachshund wouldn't stay out for more than a couple of minutes. I should have gotten him that shiny black hooded coat at the "unnamed huge box store that has taken over our town; the store that has taken over the world!" Wouldn't it look cute, except for being black and his coat being brown. I gave pause when looking at it and wondering if his very floppy ears would be a hindrance with the hood part. Probably; so I replaced it on the rack. No other coat would be of any use since they all were either miniature, small or medium - the medium maybe fitting an obese terrier. How does one keep their rottweiler or black lab warm?
If C is going to take a trip outdoors, I'm certain he wants to be fashionable. Color is an important factor. There was one loosely woven sweater that possibly would fit him, but what manly dog wants to go around dressed in a pink sweater with a huge pink bow adorning it?
Indoors he can roll up tightly in his large blanket, forgetting about fashion and just staying warm. It's a show watching him work to get covered and settle down for a nap. One morning, my pajama bottom fell off the bed onto his blanket. A few minutes later, I noticed he was wrapped skintight into the pajama leg. I don't know how he manages to get completely inside one leg but his former housemate, D H, could do the same. I remember one day looking down on her and she had wiggled into the sleeve of a flannel shirt and her nose pointed out of the cuff. Being hefty and stubbornly unwilling to assist me, it was some job trying to release her from the sleeve. I really miss that speckled dog. She was so innocent and unaware of danger; cars don't stop in my neck of the woods!
For the time being, C has decided it is much more comfortable to cocoon in his blanket and dream of those tail-flicking squirrels leaping through the trees with their found booty of butternuts, probably realizing he won't be chasing many in this nasty weather. The rain has come.

Weird Habit? You Could Say So ***
"jinksy" from Napple Notes (on your left), one I follow from my blog list, joggled (Ah, new word, Mr. Webster) my head just now, making me remember something I wanted to say awhile back.
I have somewhat become attached to the 'Next Blog' action - shown just above my blog. While relaxing I will browse and, when finding one in my language and it looks interesting, I begin reading. After months and months of reading other blogs and being confused quite often, I realized what must be done to remedy the confusion. Start at the beginning post on a blog - imperative if you want to have the complete picture. Go to the bottom of the archive. Finding the last month, clicking it brings you to all posts for that first blogging month; then you have to work your way backwards to the very first post.
Sometimes it is aggravating having to "go backward". I wonder why the Blog Factories can't arrange for our blogs to be easier to navigate. I have seen (a very few) blogs where the Archive lists first month's posts first and I think, "why can't I get mine to do this?".
But doing something backwards isn't always 'bad', I might say. In the beginning of my sixty years of reading I could get very involved in the plot, the scene, the whole shebang and get impatient for the surprise ending. Ooooh, at the age of eight I remember the suspense of the Nancy Drew mysteries. (Gosh, no wonder I still today have a clenched stomach and knotted nerves all over my body!) One day I realized, "I'm in control of this read" and I turned to the back - the last page.
This little habit, which sometimes caused disappointment for my reading of front to back, grew and grew. Today, I can actually get more understanding from a news article, a true story or directions, recipe, whatever, when I start with reading the last paragraph and going backwards for a few. Then I go to the beginning, thus making better sense to me.
Guess I like to know the end result before I begin the journey to that end result. You say weird? Yup, I'll agree with you. But it sure works for me and saves me time and using or killing a few brain cells. Uh, I wonder if this has any connection to dyslexia?
Go ahead, give me your comment - I learn from them. . . but please be nice; I'm such a sensitive soul and also: I have a bad headache at the moment. Ha, ha. :>)

Friends *** poem
I like this and wish to share with you.
Friends!
As we walk our path of life,
We meet people everyday.
Most are simply met by chance
But, some are sent our way.
These become special friends
Whose bond we can't explain;
The ones who understand us
And share our joy and pain.
Their love contains no boundaries.
So, even we are apart.
Their presence enhances us
With a warmth felt in the heart.
This love becomes a passageway,
When even the miles disappear.
And so, these friends, God sends our way,
Remain forever near.

Ponder This ***
Something else to ponder upon:
First they came to me with information
But I did not understand or accept it
Because I am not a conspiratorialist
Then they came with another theory
I could not accept it because it didn't make sense to me
Because I have not experienced any personal evidence
Then they tried again but I cannot accept such idiotic concepts
and so I closed my mind again
Because the concept was too far fetched
Then they came with some proof that I finally understood
So I told a friend
He did not accept because he did not understand what I was telling him
Paraphrased

U.S. JUDGE RULES AGAINST CUMPULSORY VACCINATION / COURT DOCUMENT ***
30 years after compulsory vaccination became US Law: US Court - issues an injunction to stop it and to hold the government and drug companies responsible for reactions.
A Preliminary Injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey.
This comes after a federal lawsuit opposing forced vaccines was filed in that court by Tim Vawter, pro se attorney, on July 31st with the federal government as defendant.
When the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will.
It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights.
Vawters filings included a Complaint, and several pages of evidentiary Exhibits. Vawters legal papers have been written not only for filing in federal court, but additionally so they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop forced vaccinations.
Vawter believes that as the truth of the dangers of flu vaccines continues to become known, banning the forced use of them will eventually succeed on a worldwide basis. He cautions people to avoid fear and keep themselves focused on the task of blocking forced vaccination.
Preliminary Injunction will immediately halt mandatory vaccinations in the U.S. The Court, having heard the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and read the papers in its support, states in the Preliminary Injunction that it appears the federal government has engaged in some amount of negligence with regards to failure to properly investigate the safety of the flu vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009-2010, and the evidence submitted does warrant a more thorough investigation into the safety of the flu vaccines.
The Court ordered that the government shall be forbidden from forcing any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that persons free will and free choice. The government will not allow any state or local government, or any party, to force any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that persons free will and free choice.
U.S. government sued for gross negligence and violation of the Constitution.
In his Cause of Action, Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by funding and promoting flu vaccines that are proven to be dangerous and manufactured with little oversight.
The vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009 and 2010 contain heavy metals including thimerosal mercury, which have been proven to cause autism in children with lowered immune systems, and other dangerous and toxic ingredients.
The federal government has stated it will force these flu vaccines onto the American public against their will, under a document signed by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
He further charged that the vaccine makers stand to earn billions of dollars selling vaccines, and are already spending tens of millions advertising a Phase 6 Pandemic that the evidence shows does not really exist.
The federal government has not required the World Health Organization (WHO) to show evidence of such a pandemic. There has been no collection of facts, sworn testimony, witnesses being questioned, hearings being held, or lie detector tests being given when preposterous statements have been made.
The WHO declared a massive Phase 6 Influenza Pandemic, even though only a few hundred people worldwide had so far died of this swine flu virus, and when far more people die each year of regular flu.
Vawter noted there is a preponderance of evidence to show that the federal government so poorly trained its employees that they eagerly agreed with the unsubstantiated claims of the WHO in the face of evidence to the contrary.
Forced vaccination would violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by allowing the government to enter homes and force people to be vaccinated, or to forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination. It would also violate Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights by depriving people of liberty without due process of law.
Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by failing to properly investigate factual evidence submitted by esteemed medical professions over many years which proves flu vaccines have caused serious damage to people.
The CDC has stated that thimerosal mercury is being used in the new flu vaccines being prepared.
The government has failed to investigate profiteering.. Billions of dollars in vaccine sales can cause organizations to falsify threats so as to cause unwarranted public hysteria leading to forced vaccinations.
The government is guilty of gross negligence because its employees failed to properly investigate the release of a case of live swine flu virus.
One of the main companies the government deals with, Baxter Vaccines, was apparently involved in the transporting of live bird flu virus that was released on a public train earlier this year. A lab technician with the Swiss National Center for Influenza in Geneva had traveled to Zurich to collect eight ampoules, five of which were filled with the H1N1 swine flu virus. However, failure of the dry ice in their container allowed pressure to build up, and the ampoules exploded as the train was pulling into a station.
The highly reputable UK newspaper the Telegraph reported on July 2nd that flu vaccines tested on homeless people caused twenty-one of them to die.
Vawter charged there is a preponderance of evidence to show that government will not provide people being vaccinated with a list of the vaccine ingredients and possible negative side effects before they are vaccinated.
Most of the public will not know this flu vaccine contains thimerosal mercury. Vawter submitted an Order to force the government to publish vaccine ingredients and side effects, and to give this information to everyone who takes a flu vaccine, and do so at least 3 days prior to their vaccination.
A denial of this order would violate Plaintiff rights to demand the government obey the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by requiring it to engage in freedom of speech. The First Amendment not only allows a citizen to have freedom of speech himself, but it allows a citizen to demand his government engage in freedom of speech when it is promoting the use of such as these vaccinations to the public.
The government proclamation stating a person cannot sue for any damages he receives from the flu vaccine, completely bypasses the congress and the court system in violation of the Seventh Amendment of the Constitution which grants the right to sue to recover for damages.
Vawter submitted an Order to deem unconstitutional any proclamation, rule or similar law that forbids people from suing for damages resulting from the vaccines of 2009 and 2010. Robert O.

Frozen Crabs & The blonde Stewardess ****
A lawyer boarded an airplane in New Orleans with a box of frozen crabs and asked a blonde stewardess to take care of them for him. She took the box and promised to put it in the crew's refrigerator. He advised her that he was holding her personally responsible for them staying frozen, mentioning in a very haughty manner that he was a lawyer, and proceeded to rant at her about what would happen if she let them thaw out. Needless to say, she was annoyed by his behavior. Shortly before landing in New York , she used the intercom to announce to the entire cabin, "Would the gentleman who "gave me the 'crabs' in New Orleans," please raise your hand?" A loud stunned silence pervaded the entire cabin....Not one man's hand went up.....So she took them home and ate them. Two lessons here: 1. Lawyers aren't as smart as they think they are. 2. Blondes aren't as dumb as most folks think.
