One Big bird what can't fly -  overnight  or up to 24 hours.  Had forgotten this trick for making the best turkey on earth!  1 Cup Salt, 'nough Water to Cover the Bird what can't fly.  Some serious yum, yum slurping! This process did not make the meat salty, which surprised me.
